SCHEDULE General Schedule Thursday:Cross country course opens at 3:00 PM, YRC Opening Ceremonies and Welcome Reception for all Young Riders and their families - Time TBD Friday:ALL are welcome to attend the Friday Party (immediately following dressage)! Sponsors, Competitors, Volunteers et al - Time TBD Saturday: features the Highland Happy Hour and YRC Highland games - Time TBD Sunday:TBD For FEI and YRC Divisions:Subject to change due to entry numbers, keep checking on-line. Wednesday:All stabling opens at 12:00 PM. Arrival exams 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. ALL arrivals prior to Wednesday at 12:00 PM must make arrangements through the show office before arrival - no exceptions! Thursday: Arrival exams from 9 am to 5 pm Friday: Arrival exams from 7 - 9 am and 12 - 12:30 pm **If you cannot arrive during scheduled Vet Examination times, you MUST contact the show office viardunkerton@gmail.comto make specific arrangements.FEI and YRC horses will not be allowed into stabling before a Vet Arrival Examination.See STABLING/VETERINARIAN section for more details. Be sure to review your responsibilities as an FEI rider! FEI Ship-ins:Stabling is not required but you are not exempt from rules! Young Rider Championship (YRC)Subject to change due to entry numbers. Keep checking on-line. Schedule for YRC Divisions: Friday:Dressage begins at 8 AM starting with FEI Test Rides. Additional FEI arrival exams 7:00 am to 9:00 am, 12:00 to 12:30 pm. Saturday:XC along with regular FEI divisions, Advanced and Intermediate Sunday:Horse inspection/jogs at 8 AM, then show jumping which will be in reverse order of go. This will be followed by Awards Ceremonies. Schedule for FEI and National HT Divisions: FRIDAY:FEI Test Rides at 8:00 AM.Dressageat 8:20 AM for CCI-S 4*,3*,2*,1*, Advanced & Intermediate. Additional FEI arrival exams 7:00 - 09:00 AM, 12:00 to 12:30 PM. Show Jumping for all FEI divisions (minus the YRC divisions) + Advanced and Intermediate. SATURDAY: Cross County starting at 11:00 AM for ALL FEI divisions, including YRC + Advanced & Intermediate divisions. Great spectator event. FEI 4*S XC will run through the rings. SUNDAY:Dressageat 8:00 AM for P,M & T. YRC Jogs begin at 8:00 am on the jog strip. Show Jumping starts at9:00 AM for YRC followed by Awards Ceremonies, followed by P,M,T. Cross Country starts atapprox. 10:15 AM for P,M & T. **Schedule subject to change due to entry numbers, keep checking on-line. Entry Fees: CCI-S 1*:$475.00 CCI-S2/3*: $500.00CCI-S 4*:$525.00A: $450.00I/P:$425.00M: $350.00T: $275.00 POST Entry: (if space allows): CCI-S1*:550.00CCI-S 2/3*: $575.00CCI-S 4*:$600.00A:$525.00 I/P: $500.00 M:$425.00T: $350.00 USEA/USEF/FEI Admin Fees: varies by level. Stabling: $75.00 per night. Grounds Fee: No grounds fee for competing horses. For non-compete horses, $75.00. Muck Fee: $50.00 (pay on Event Entries). Stalls must be stripped and swept (including in front of stall!) to receive muck refund. Tack stall: $75.00 per night (If space allows). Shavings: $12.00 per bag. No bedding included with stabling. Trailer Parking fee: No fee for satellite parking. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING OF TRAILERS AT STABLING! Campers or LQ trailers with hook-up only. Camper Hook-up: $60/night (space is limited! only 11 available on a first-come basis - at stabling, there are 8 dedicated 120V 20-amp RV circuits. You will need to bring 120v 20-amp adaptor that fits a standard 120v 20-amp receptacle. 3 satellite hook ups available on xc schooling course and across the street) Tent camping, no hook-up: $35.00/night (no trailers at barn! Camping is available at satellite parking) Late Fee: (included in Post Entry fees above) $75.00 Double Entries not allowed. Incomplete Fee: $25.00 PER ITEM for any missing information as of 6:00pm Sunday, June 21, 2026. Per USEF Rule GR909, we will NOT ACCEPT an entry unless/until the following has been submitted: Entry form, coggins, both USEF waivers signed by ALL applicable parties, fees for entry and stabling. Entries missing these items will be marked as Not Accepted and will not be scheduled or issued a pinny number. Change Fee: $25. Changes must be in writing (rdunkerton@gmail.com). NO TEXT MESSAGES. Attention U.S. Riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions must be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system: https://www.usef.org/_AUAIFrames/FEI/Entry/Default.aspx or they will be considered incomplete. There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the event (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Also please pay close attention to the closing date in the FEI Definite Schedule. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation. Refunds: Before Closing Date: Less $25 non-refundable office fee. After Closing Date: No refund on entry or stabling. Competition cancellation: No refund. Scratches must be emailed to rdunkerton@gmail.com. No phone, voicemail, or text withdraws will be accepted. EVENT ENTRIES: Any scratches before closing date will be refunded via credit card within 1 week. USEA Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subject to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test or present at the first horse inspection, if applicable.
