SCHEDULE Secretary Hours: Note: Week of and day of Secretary will be Lauren Atchley (USEF ID 5705638) 913-957-8333. Friday:2:00pm - 6:00pm Saturday:7:00am - 6:00pm Sunday:7:00am - finish Competition Hours: Official schedule will be posted at secretary tent 9/18/26 2:00 Friday: Cross-country Course opens at 3:00 pm; Course walk refreshments 3:00pm - 5:00pm Saturday: Dressage - 7:30 am; Cross-country-10:00 am. Sunday: Show Jumping - 8:00 am. Show Jumping Ride Times: Higher levels to lower levels;Order of go is reverse order of placing; no individual ride times will be provided; 15 minute break for course walks between divisions; ribbon pinning/awards with victory gallop after each class; courtesy rides upon request/approval of PofG/TD at end of each class Cross Country Schooling will be available Sunday from 10:00 am until 1 hour after last show jumping round completed, weather and footing conditions permitting. Fee $50 per horse/rider combination. Must sign up with secretary prior to schooling. Riders must have a grounds person 18 years old or older accompanying them on course during the schooling and EMT must still be on site. No XC horses in stadium warm up area. Must have penny holder and pick up xc schooling number from secretary with payment. FEES Event Fees Directory: Draw check to M.A.E.A. (Mid America Eventing Association) Entry: P, T, N, BN, Starter:$290 if paid for and receivedon or before closing date; post entry fee $340 if received after closing date; CT; $190 Stabling: $260.00. Shavings available for $10/bag - please preorder with entry (minimal number will be available for purchase at the event). Stall Deposit: $25.00, provide separate check for stall deposit (all participants are required to strip their stalls before exiting the park or forfeit deposit) Grounds Fee: $75.00 (non-stabled horses). If using EventEntries and paying with check or emailing an entry, the entry will not be processed until payment is received. The entry will NOT have been processed until payment is received by the secretary. Refunds:Entries received/paid on opening day (8/4/2026) may withdraw up to 9/08/26 9:00 pm CST with full refund less non-refundable $25 office fee; entries received after opening day may withdraw up to closing date (9/1/2026) less $25 non-refundable office fee; Withdrawls after closing date = No refund of entry or stabling. Withdrawals accepted by email only and must be sent to secretaryby 9 pm CST. Competition cancellation-No refund. Any changes made after closing date =$25 fee. USEA Starter/D&M FeeRefund Policy: The USEAStarter/D&M fee ($35) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation-No refund. T-shirts will be available for $25.00 each, at the show office.
