Entry: Per division: Preliminary - Starter: $250Tadpole: $175 Stabling: $65 per stall per night. Stabling Available starting July 30th. Early arrival/Late Departure: $65 per night (Must contact Secretary to clear with HHP). Please specify "stable with" when making reservations. Please use an individualized group name.PLEASE NOTE: No muck deposit required. GroundsFeeand/or Haul-In Fee: $50.00 per horse/day (only if no stall required). Extra horse/Non-compete fee: $50.00 per day/horse + grounds fee and/or stabling fee. CAMPING:Reserved through the Hoosier Horse Park. Call ahead up to July 28: 812-526-6809 & reserve your spot. Arrivals after hours may result in not having your spot unlocked. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $35 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- no refund, including stabling. Changesrequested after C.D. made only as schedule permits with $65 change fee horse/rider or level (this includes stabling changes). Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) note new amount, are not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Bounced Check Fee: $60.00. Incomplete packets will result in a $50 fee at the office window.
