Saturday July 11th:Dressage M,T, N, BN, starter dressage 8am, Show jump starts at 11:30 AM with the Modified division. FEES Enter through EventEntries only. We accept most major credit cards. Enter electronically through Event Entries and NO CREDIT CARD FEES! ANY SCRATCHES BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE WILL BE REFUNDED VIA CREDIT CARD WITHIN 1 WEEK IF ENTERED THROUGH EVENT ENTRIES. Entry Fee Per Division: M: $245 T: $235; N: $225 BN: $220 S: $220 Stabling:$225 (Friday-Sunday) Early arrival or late departure stalls will be an additional $50.00 per night/day. Permanent stalls on Rattlewood farm grounds, temporary stalls will be available in tents if entries warrant. 14 additional permanent stalls at Hunter’s Run farm are also available. Please specify your request of location with your entry. Muck Fee:$0 - you do not need to muck out your stall before you leave Ship-In Fee:$50.00 for horses who are not stabled on the show grounds, one time fee. Late Fee:$50 is due if entry isreceivedafter CD, and accepted only if space allows. Refunds: Before closing date: less $25.00 non-refundable office fee; withdrawals will not be honored unless emailed to huntersrunht@gmail.com. NO PHONE/TEXT WITHDRAWALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Refunds After closing date: refund minus $25 only if there is a waiting list. Stabling fee only refunded if stall is filled. ALL INCOMPLETE PACKETS WILL BE CHARGED $25 AT CHECK IN. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
