Competition cancellation-No refund. Waitlist: In the event of oversubscription (based on entry numbers and scheduling) a waitlist will be maintained as follows: Based on complete, paid entries, horses will be accepted off the waitlist to fill scratches (by level/division). The waitlist will expire on October 24th at 11:59PM. Any scratch filled from the waitlist will be refunded following the event minus the office fees
