All divisions beginning with Advanced CT down to Starter divisions. Starting Times: Sent or posted at least one week prior to competition. Refunds:Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- USEA/USEF fees only - no other refunds. Competition cancellation-No refund.USEA Starter/D&M Fee: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subject to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.Any changes in entries or potential sale of entry MUST be acknowledged by the organizer and secretary prior to competition.
