SCHEDULE Fri:Barns open for weekendarrivals at noon. Cross-country course open for walking at 3 pm. Check your program for Show Jumping Course Walk times. Sat: Dressage- 8:00 am, Show Jumping- 10:00 am (subject to change based on entries). Sun: Cross-country- 8:00 am (subject to change based on entries). FEES Draw checks to GMHA. One check for each horse and rider combination. A $8 entry processing fee will be added to all paper/mail in entries. All entries include a $30 office fee. Entry: P: $265; M/T: $255.00;N/BN: $245 Stabling:$70 per night. Please specify on entry which nights you require stabling. Tack Stalls are limited -$70 per night, please contact Jill@gmhainc.org / or call GMHA at 802-457-1509 to inquire about availability. If Tack Stalls need to be taken away for stabling purposes a refund will be issued. Grounds Fee: $50.00 for the weekend for each non-stabling horse. Refunds: Scratches received in writing (email acceptable) on or before the closing date will be refunded the cost of entry fees minus a $30 non-refundable office fee.No refunds of entry fees after the closing date. In the event the competition has to cancel, there will be no refunds. Stabling will be refunded ONLY if management can fill your stall.USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fee ($35) and the USEF admin fees ($8), are not subject to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
