SCHEDULE Aloha Horse Trials will run Sunday, 6/28. (No YEH classes.) YEH Qualifier will run Tuesday, 6/30. (No HT/CT/TOC classes.) Sat:Competitor's Party when XC Course opens (3pm). Sun:Dressage starting around 7:30 am. Show Jumping around 9am. XC around 9:15am. We will have multiple dressage arenas running at the same time. SJ for Pre-Starter and SJ & XC for Poles will run in their own arenas at the same time as Starter and above. ***Please note: All riders will have published XC times being approx. 5-10 min after their SJ ride is complete; we expect riders to go directly from SJ to XC warm-up. For SJ & XC: Riders will be taken in numerical order when possible, but may also be taken in order of arrival. Riders with multiple horses: Please check email for communications from Secretary regarding your timing. Tues:YEH starting around 8am. ALL TIMES SUBJECT TO CHANGE. FEES Horse Trials (HT) and Young Event Horse (YEH) ENTRY FEES: Early Bird Rate (first week after opening): For entries completed and paid in fullduring the Early Bird period. M, M/T, & T: $225*; T/N, N, N/BN, BN, BN/S, & S: $ 220*; Intro (18" max.), Intro/Poles, & Poles (ground poles): $135; YEH: $165. Regular Rate: For entries completed and paid in full during the regular registration period. M, M/T, & T: $250*; T/N, N, N/BN, BN, BN/S, & S: $245*; Intro (18" max.), Intro/Poles, & Poles (ground poles):$160; YEH: $190. Post Closing Date Rate: For post-entries completed and paid in full after the Closing Date. MT & T: $300*; TN, N, NBN, BN, BNS, & S: $295*;Intro (18" max.), Intro/Poles, & Poles (ground poles): $210; YEH: $240. *Additional USEA Starter/D&M Fee and USEF Fee & Refund Policy: The additional USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35--Starter and above) and the USEF fee ($8--Modifiedand above), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.For Intro & Poles: USEA Membership/Non-membership fees are waived. The USEA Starter and D&M fee is waived. Modifiedlevel and above: Riders, Trainers and Owners of horses competing who arenot USEF members will be required to pay the USEF $45 Show Pass fee: show pass fee must be done online and only 1 time per year.(note: a coach may or may not be a trainer; trainers are those who feed or care for the horse). Combined Test (CT) ENTRY FEES:Early Bird Rate:For entries completed and paidduring Early Bird period. All levels: $75. Regular Rate: For entries completed and paid during regular registration period. All levels: $100. Post Closing Date Rate:For post-entries completed and paidafter Closing Date. All levels: $150. Dressage Test of Choice** (TOC) ENTRY FEES:Early Bird Rate:For entries completed and paid in full during Early Bird period. All levels: $30. Regular Rate:For entries completed and paid in full during regular registration period. All levels: $55. Post Closing Date Rate:For post-entriescompleted and paid in fullafter Closing Date. All levels: $105. **We can accommodate any small-ring dressage test. INCOMPLETE ENTRY FEES:Entry Fees are assessed based on the date that the entry is COMPLETE and PAID in full. Packets will not be released for any rider with an incomplete entry or who owes money. Missing Paperwork: If ANY paperwork/forms (e.g., current Coggins, Signatures, USEA numbers, etc.) are incomplete, incorrect, or out of date after the Closing Date, an additional $25 admin fee will be charged. This fee is in addition to any entry fee upcharge, and MUST be paid online (+4% for fees) or in-person with cash at packet pickup. With the exception of muck deposits, no checks will be accepted after Closing Date. CHANGE FEES: *Reduced from prior years!*Changes madeprior tooron CD: No charge. Changes madeafter CDthrough Tuesday before show day: $30 change feeper actual changemade(i.e., change of horse + rider = $60),notper email received. Changes made on/after Wednesday before show day: May be accepted at Organizer's discretion. If accepted, $50 change feeper actual changemade(i.e., change of horse + rider = $100),notper email received.We cannot guarantee that all changes will be accommodated.All changes (including change of rider, horse, or division) must be made via email (entries@fullmoonfarm.com). No changes, withdrawals, or stabling requests will be accepted by telephone. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but please be aware that changes of horse, rider, and division can be difficult to make once the schedule is nearly complete. STABLING FEES:Muck Deposit: $100/stall. One check per stall must be given to the Show Office at packet pick-up. Deposits will be shredded if stalls are left as requested. Limited On-Site Stabling: $100/night. Please contact the Secretary to confirm availabilityPRIORto selecting the Stabling option online. Limited Off-Site Stabling: $75/night, if available.
