National stalls and tack stalls in the permanent barns on a first-come, first-served basis until supply is met: $330. FEI Registered Horses which satisfy the criteria of Accompanying Horses and are companion Horses, in-transit Horses, or Horses competing in national classes are permitted to access the FEI Stables Area provided that they meet the health requirements in Articles 1002, 1027 and 1029.
