Sat:(All T/N/BN/Starter/Elementary) Dressage-8 am; Show Jumping 9:15am; Cross-country-9:30am. Complete entries will take precedence over incomplete entries. Must send COMPLETE entry with all required signatures, coggins, and payment for complete entry status. Organizer reserves the right to modify divisions and schedules based on entries received. Regular Entry 28 Jul - 25 Aug: T: $230;N: $225; BN: $220; Starter: $175 Post Entry (if accepted) after 25 Aug: T:$280;N: $275;BN: $270; Starter: $225 All Stabling: $50.00. Late Fee: $50 for any entry after 25 Aug. (included in post entry prices). Fees and paperwork must be in hand and not just postmarked by closing date. No ride times will be given for incomplete entries. Change Fee: $40 fee for any change of entry after 25 Aug. Office Fee: $25 (non-refundable). Refunds: Before C.D.-Entry/Stabling-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-No refunds.Only fax, mail or email withdrawals will be accepted (no phone withdrawals). USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35), is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation: refunds or in lieu of offers at organizer's discretion.
