Sat:All P/M/T - Dressage 8:00-am; P/M/T Show Jumping-10:00 am; P/M/T Cross-country-10:30 am.; Sun:All N/BN/Starter/Pre-Starter - Dressage-8:00 am; N/BN/Starter/Pre-Starter Show Jumping-10:00; N/BN/Starter/Pre-Starter Cross-country-10:30am. Most likely Training will be Saturday and Novice Sunday.Depending on entry numbers at the different levels, some Training may run Sunday. It is also possible some Novice may Run Saturday. We will not be able confirm the final schedule until after the closing date. Although we are allowing signup for Rider, Horse and Open divisions at some levels, if there are insufficient entries to run some divisions, they will be combined. Please list your preferences on your entry to help us create the divisions. Division may change days depending on entries. Any changes will be posted to website. FEES Payment by credit card or other electronic means.Entry forms must be transmitted electronically through Xentry EventEntries or email melrozga@gmail.com. Post Entry/Late Fee:$50 late fee for entries and/ or payments after the closing date but before May 31. Entries after May 30 will be assessed a late fee of $100.Electronic entries must be paid by the closing date to avoid late fees. Change Fee:Change fee applies to division, horse and/ or rider.$25.00 for any change of entry before C.D. $50.00 for any change of entry after C.D.$ but before May 31; $100 fee for each change after May 30.Changes should be sent to the secretary by email. Changes NOT accepted by phone. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 office fee; After C.D.- less $100 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Most likely NO REFUNDS for any level (entry) AFTER 9 pm May 31. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) will be returned within 30 days of the competition to any who do not start the dressage test.Competition cancellation-No refund.
