Friday October 9th: 8am Office open, 10am Stadium Jump test and Dressage test, 3pm Cross-country course open, 5:30pm Competitors briefing at Stabling. Saturday October 10th: 8am Dressage; 12pm cross-country; Sunday October 11th: 8am Show Jumping, Awards. FEES Entry per HT Division:Entry Fee: T/N/BN: $350; Starter/Intro: $300CT:P, M (no xc), T, N, BN: $200 CT:S, Intro$200 (no xc) Stabling: $200/stall/non-compete stall (1 bag of shavings provided). Tack stall: $100 (if available). Additional Nights: $25/night. Cleaning Deposit: $50 (separate check OR digital payment accepted; list as STALL DEPOSIT). Grounds Fee/Haul-In Fee: $100 for weekend (non-competition horses, includes XC schooling on Sunday, stabling not included)Dry Camping: $25 Shavings: $15/bag; Stadium Test: $35 Dressage Test: $35 Refunds: Before Closing Date: Entry fee minus $25 non-refundable office fee. After Closing Date: No refund, unless entry or stabling can be filled from wait list. If either are filled, $ will be refunded less $50 office fee. Refunds processed via check 30 days after the competition. Competition Cancellation: No Refund. USEA Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subject to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Intro competitors are exempt from USEA membership/non-membership fees and USEA Starter Drugs/Meds Fees.
