SCHEDULE This is a 2-day horse trial Friday: Cross‑country course open 3:00 pm. Sat: ALL Dressage at 8 am (OM, OT, ON, OBN, Starter).Intro run as one-day Sunday: Show Jumping and Cross‑country at 8:30 am (OM, OT, ON, OBN, OS) Riders will do Cross Country shortly after Show Jumping. FEES Event Fees Directory: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Opening Date Entries that are complete and correct will be eligible for a drawing for various prizes. Entry: Via Xentry only. All entries include a $10 volunteer appreciation fee. Entries submitted by June 2ndare eligible for the'early bird' discount M/T:$200.00;N/BN:$190.00;Starter:$160 (to be eligible for USEA and Area Championships and Year End Awards; rider must me a member of the USEA & horse must be registered with the USEA. Membership is NOT required to be entered in this division) Intro: $120 Entries that are NOT complete by June 2 will NOT be eligible for the 'early bird' discount and will owe $25 Entries submittedafter June 2 and by June 16 M/T:$225.00;N/BN:$215.00;Starter:$185.00 Intro: $145 Late Entries after June 16th will be acceptedONLYif there is space available Please check with secretary first. ALL additional fees regarding late or incomplete entries will be paid using the Additional Fees Link Stabling details: PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to request a certain barn or stalls, make a note when you pay the stall deposit. We make no guarantees but we'll do our best.More information will be posted on the website, FB and the sign up link. Additional stabling reminders: Limited and fills up fast. Stabling will be on a 'first come' basis. All stalls have gates. If you want to be stabled with a group, please use ONE name for the group. Off grounds stabling is available, less than 10 miles away. Shavings is available @ $9/bag. Shavings will be in your stall if ordered by July 2nd , otherwise they will be available in the dome for pickup. $35 Stall deposit is required unless paying for stall cleaning service. Stalls will be checked after the competition. The fee will be refunded if stall has been STRIPPED The Stall Cleaning Service is $20/stall.
