Cross-Country Course open-3pm. Fri:7:30am: 1st Horse Inspection - T3D/N3D/BN3D; 8am - Dressage - All. Sat:9am: Cross Country - T3D/T/N3D/N/BN3D/BN. 10am: Show Jumping - AI/I/P/M/Intro/Grasshopper. Sun:7:30am: 3rd Horse Inspection - T3D/N3D/BN3D; 8:30am: T3D/T/N3D/N/BN3D/BN. 8am - Cross Country - AI/I/P/M/Intro/Grasshopper. Tentative schedule, RTHP reserves the right to change the schedule. ($14 CDFA Drug Fee included in entry fee) Stabling: $250/stall. $35/night extra stabling. Shavings: $15/bag. Haul In Fee: $150/horse/weekend. Grounds Fee: $100/non-competing horse (includes XC schooling Sunday after the show). Optional Weather Protection:$50.00 non-refundable fee for each entry. If you purchase weather protection and we don't run all 3 phases of your division, we will refund your entry, stabling and starter fees. Teams: $5/person. Refunds: Before Oct 20 - Full Refund; Oct 21 - to C.D. -Less $25 office fee. After C.D. - no refund, unless entry or stabling can be filled from wait list, if either are filled either will be refunded. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subject to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
