If refunded it will be mailed via check within 30 days of the horse trials.USEA Starter and D&M Fee Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fee $35, is not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
