SCHEDULE Fri: Cross-Country course open-3:00 pm. Sat: 7:30 am -Dressage for all levels will go on Saturday, likely followed by SJ for A/I/P/M and XC for T/N/BN. Gaze and Graze - 5-7:00 pm. Sun: 7:30 am -Sunday would likely be XC for I/A/P/M and SJ for T/N/BN. FEES Entry:A: $320; I: $305; P: $290.00;M: $275;T: $260.00;N: $245.00;BN: $220.00; *NO EXTRA FARM FEES! All included in your Entry Fee! Stabling: Limited on-grounds stabling. $200 for regular stabling, $250 for stabling with a paddock, which is in our Main barns close to the covered, and includes use of a nearby paddock. Both include 3 nights, from 8am Thursday to 6 pm Sunday. Extra nights: $25 per night. Grounds Fee: Competing horse = no additional charge,included in Entry Fee! Grounds Fee: Non-competing horses = $50, and please submit negative Coggins. Change fee: $25.00 - Multiple changes at once: $50.00;Late fee: $50, Late document fee:$25 (for documents submitted after closing): $25 charge per rider, not per document. Entries not completed by closing date will be charged a $50 late fee. No changes will be processed after 6/18/26. Returned check fee: $35.00. REFUNDS:Before C.D.-full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D., refund minus office fee,only if same spotcan be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list). USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35), is not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
