Nonrefundable Office fee:$25 (Included in entry fee;) billed to all unpaid no-show/scratched entries, no exceptions. Refunds: Before Closing Date-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After Closing Date- No refund on entry or stabling. Competition cancellation-No refund. Refunds may take several weeks to arrive. USEA Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) and USEF fee ($10) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
